What is your Theft Replacement Guarantee?

Our Theft Replacement Guarantee is our policy that if you ever get your wallet or phone stolen that has your Microfiber Card in it, we'll send you a new card completely free of charge. We do this because we know that getting your wallet stolen sucks, it's an awful process of cancelling all your cards and getting completely new ones, just because some jackass decided to steal your stuff. We hope that we can make that process a little easier by replacing at least one thing in your wallet completely free of charge.

 

Where are the Microfiber Cards made?

We make everything on our website right here in the United States of America.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

As of now we're only shipping to the US, however we do have plans to expand our website to allow shipping to other countries very soon.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering, after processing the order could take anywhere from 1-3 days to ship.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we try to process all orders within 24 hours, you must request any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of ordering, any requests after this time will be denied. However your order can always be returned for a full refund after it is received.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship every order with the USPS, so orders could take around 3 to 4 days to arrive depending on mailing schedule.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 14 days after shipping, not only will we fully refund your order but we'll also send another card to you completely on us.
